Texas ERG Summit
Establishing and Sustaining Employee Resource Groups
Date: April 3rd 2013. 9am - 3pm.
Goals:
The overarching goal of the workshop is to help participants establish and sustain Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that assist their organizations create, implement and maintain viable Diversity and Inclusion initiatives that support organizational business goals and objectives.
Outcomes:
- Learn/review the strategic use of the importance and advantages of establishing ERGs
- Provide concrete steps to establishing ERGs
- Define operating principles for ERGs
- Provide tools to help ERG's develop their charter, scorecard and benchmarks
- Describe best practices to sustain and maintain ERGs
Note: Each participant will receive a "how to" guide complete with tools needed to establish and sustain their organization's ERGs.
Red Registration fee - $199 plus a $3 processing fee
