Celebrating Leadership: The Power of Women in the Workplace
The focus of this annual signature event is to bring together a diverse mix of successful women leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today’s issues will educate, inspire and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations.
Since inception, the Texas Diversity Council has hosted thousands of women AND men and is now being held in the majority of our 25 different state markets. Angeles Valenciano, President & EVP, National Diversity Council is proud have to have founded the first event in Texas and states, "We are inspired by the success and accomplishments of all the extraordinary women leaders that have given of their time and talent to make this signature event a success for us. Not only do they inspire women to reach new heights in the workplace, but they also inspire our youth to be the next generation of women leaders."
This year’s Symposium focuses on Celebrating Leadership: The Power of Women in the Workplace. A group of esteemed women panelists will share their insights and experiences, which will be sure to inspire, motivate and engage as well as celebrate your everyday leadership journey.
The power of women in the workplace is designed to encourage us to stop and take pause of the many accomplishments we make every day big or small — in our workplaces, with our families and our communities.
Earlier in the year, we had the opportunity to host several successful symposiums in Central Texas, Corpus Christi, Greater Dallas, Greater San Antonio, Gulf Coast, and most recently, Montgomery County. We appreciate all of the panelists, volunteers and sponsors who continue to support this great event.
