Lisa Finch is the Manager for Global Diversity and Inclusion at Halliburton. Lisa's career in energy started as an application development specialist following graduation from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems. Her career path has led her from IT to HR where she has held roles focusing on university relations, recruiting, HR Generalist activities, and diversity.
During her nine year tenure with Halliburton, Lisa has held various recruiting positions focusing on Landmark Graphics, Baroid, and Diversity. With a passion for helping women succeed, she joined the Diversity and Inclusion team to assist with the gender based recruiting and retention initiatives. In 2013 Lisa co-founded Halliburton's first women's resource group Women Sharing Excellence and currently serves as the group's President where she has helped grow the global membership to over 600 employees. She also serves as a Corporate Champion for the Veteran's Leadership Forum.
Outside of Halliburton, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and the great outdoors.
