As President and General Manager, LaMonte's responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction through personalized service, helping to improve quality of care by working closely with area heath care professionals, helping Cigna's employer clients improve the health and productivity of their workforces and leading Cigna's community service efforts.
LaMonte has 15 years of experience in the health care industry. Prior to being appointed to President and General Manager, he held roles at Cigna in human resources, sales operations and sales management, most recently serving as Cigna's sales manager in Richmond, Va.
Before joining Cigna, LaMonte held positions in finance and audit and operations. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Washington University.
