Franny Oxford, SPHR
Vice President of Human Resources
Leedo Cabinetry
Franny Oxford, SPHR, has focused her career on developing the human resources, training and recruiting functions for privately-held companies. Franny has used her master's in human resources and BA in cultural anthropology from the University of Texas to study the intersection of leadership, culture, and accomplishment at work for more than twenty years. She is the Vice-President of HR for the number-one manufacturing company in the multifamily kitchen and bath market, which is headquartered in Houston.
