Mr. Miller is a results-oriented Human Resources executive with 19 years strategic leadership experience in developing and integrating human resources initiatives that enhance organizational capabilities across operational units. He has extensive experience in implementing culture change and transition management programs in healthcare, insurance and higher education environments and is passionate about the need for diversity and equality in the workplace.
Certified in management and diversity training, labor contract negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Miller has taught human resources management concepts at the graduate level.
Mr. Miller received his Master's in Human Resources Management from Washington University (MO) and is a member the following organizations: Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); American Medical Group Association (AMGA) Human Resources Leadership Council and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
Mr. Miller is currently Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, located in Houston, Texas.
