Andrea Molette
Vice President
Stage Stores

Andrea Molette is currently Vice-President at Stage Stores in Houston with responsibilities for Media, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Events, Community Counts and Advertising Production. Stage Stores operates department stores in 40 states under the nameplates Palais Royal, Bealls, Peebles, Goody’s and Stage. She began her marketing career in Chicago at notable global advertising agency, Leo Burnett. In 1999, she joined Coca-Cola in Global Marketing and later led strategic media planning for the portfolio of brands in North America -- Coca-Cola classic, Diet Coke, Dasani, Sprite, Fanta, Powerade and Minute Maid. In 2008, Andrea joined dunnhumby USA, a strategic consulting and data insights company, as Vice President, Media & Marketing. Later she joined Sprint in 2011 to lead media and digital marketing for the company's portfolio of brands -- Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile and Assurance.

The Atlanta native’s civic duties have included serving on the Board of YMCA Greater Cincinnati; participating in the leadership program of The Civic Council of Greater Kansas City; and serving as Co-Chairperson of the Media Committee for Brand Atlanta, the Mayor of Atlanta’s marketing campaign to spark economic development in Atlanta. Additionally, Andrea has participated as a speaker on numerous marketing industry panels and has been featured in the pages of Black Enterprise, Ebony and Essence magazines.

Andrea graduated cum laude from Spelman College in 1992, majoring in Political Science. She also earned a law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1995.
