Alice B. Otchere is senior director, Human Resources at CenterPoint Energy. While managing a $4 million dollar budget, Ms. Otchere provides leadership for the development and implementation of the company’s talent acquisition strategies. She successfully leads and has leadership responsibilities for all levels of recruiting and staffing functions, including college recruiting, experienced professionals and executive placements. She provides direction for the development of key workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives and guidance for the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Alice received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa. She completed graduate level studies in business at the University of Michigan and received an Executive and Leadership Coaching certification from the University of Texas – Dallas. Ms. Otchere is also credentialed at the ACC level by the International Coaches Federation.
Ms. Otchere established The Perennial Success Group: an Executive & Leadership coaching organization. The organization was established to provide strategic thinking support to leaders and persons who are success seekers.
