You, further, specifically acknowledge that neither Texas Diversity Conference events nor its affiliates, employees and agents be liable to you or any other person for any indirect incidental, consequential, special and/or punitive damages for any matter arising from or relating to your attendance at Texas Diversity Conference events.

4. Registrations for Texas Diversity Conference events are only accepted within ten (10) weeks of the given event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Texas Diversity Conference, Inc. ("Texas Diversity Conference") maintains the www.texasdiversityconference.com web-site (the "Site") to provide information, and services. Your access and use of the Site, including any purchases made on the Site, is subject to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms & Conditions"). By accessing and using the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, do not access or use this Site. Texas Diversity Conference may, at any time, revise the Terms & Conditions by updating this posting. Texas Diversity Conference will not refund registration fees six weeks prior to any event. In the event an act of God requires Texas Diversity Conference to cancel an event, all registrations will be refunded. A refund processing fee of $25.00 will be assessed for all refunds. Refunds will be refunded to the checking or charge card account used during the registration process for an event. Your understanding is sincerely appreciated in this regard.

OTHER TERMS.
This Site and these Terms & Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. A printed version of these Terms & Conditions and of any notice, consent, approval or other communication given in electronic form will be admissible in any judicial or other proceeding involving these Terms & Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
